Organic Salmon
In recent years, Norwegians have shown a growing interest in organic food, and organic salmon in particular has received considerable attention and a positive reputation. Our aquaculture company, Br. Karlsen Farming, based in Flakstadvåg, is a pioneer in this field, and we are proud to be Norway’s first producer of organic salmon. The demand for this product is increasing, and we see it as a valuable supplement to our conventionally produced salmon.
